Where it all began
Kawawa 1900 is a celebration of where it all began. Inspired by the first robusta coffee trees cultivated in Uganda around 1900, our name pays homage to both heritage and strength. “Kawa,” meaning coffee in Swahili, connects us to East Africa’s vibrant coffee culture. Kawawa embodies resilience, passion, and the bold spirit that continues to drive our craft today.
